Coffee Products
If your coffee order does not meet your expectations, there are errors with your order, or your package was damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will arrange to replace your coffee at no cost, or process a full refund.
Non-Coffee Items
For all non-coffee items, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Email us at support@chafedandcranky.com to get the process started.
